Welcome to Mahogany Bay Seashell, one of 6 wonderful townhouses located on the amazing beach known as Paynes Bay. Seashells offers its client luxury beachfront accommodation on the sun-drenched West Coast of Barbados. This villa has three floors and was recently renovated with outdoor living in mind. It now boasts a covered verandah with open-air deck that brings the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea not to mind memorable sunsets to your doorstep.
Guests staying at Seashell are in for a real treat. As you walk in the front door, your eyes are immediately fixated passed the living room, and on to the bright blue ocean beyond. The villas living room is open plan with two relaxation areas. On the right side of the house, 2 large comfy couches await you. It’s a lovely area just to chill out after a long day at the beach. The decor is Caribbean chic with warm colours and pops of local art throughout. It also has a television, Bose speakers, and all the modern amenities one would require for your perfect vacation. On the other side is where the breakfast bar and coffee table are located, here is a great meeting place in the mornings where you can plan your day. Seashells comes with a fully fitted kitchen and all modern appliances.
Outside is where you will be spending most your time and the owners of Seashell have maximized this space perfectly. There is a covered verandah with a dining table and chairs for six so families and friends can eat together under the stars and watch the Caribbean sun setting while doing so… this is a truly memorable experience. After dinner, you can sit back on either of the 3-seater sofas and chill out with a nightcap. The area also comes with a barbeque so you can cook up a feast, Ifes Fish Market is a short walk from Paynes Bay so you can have the freshest produce to cook with. Tidally nestled away at the side of the house is the plunge pool which is great for cooling down throughout the day.
The bedrooms at Seashells are all upstairs and can be accessed via an airy curved stairwell. The two guest bedrooms can be found on the first floor and the Master bedroom on the second. There is a king-sized bed in the first bedroom and twin beds in the second. There is a double door that leads to the shared balcony Both rooms have walk-in closets and spacious bathrooms with showers. All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans.
The third floor is entirely taken up by the master bedroom. There is a charming four-poster king bed, walk-in closet with a dressing room, and a separate large bathroom with a shower and tub bath. What makes this room extra special is its double balcony which offers amazing ocean views. Many guests enjoy their morning coffee or nightcaps while viewing the panoramic scenery.
Seashells at Mahogany Bay is ideally located as its close to everything such as watersports, golf, restaurants, bars, and shops. An ideal beachfront getaway.

Paynes Bay is a popular destination along the west coast of Barbados. This vibrant area is also known as the "Platinum Coast", and it holds a beautiful stretch of golden shoreline, overlooking mild turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Paynes Bay Beach Barbados is specifically located in the parish of St. James which is one of the top destinations on the island. It offers a central location with Sandy Lane beach and Holetown to the north, and Fitts Village and Batts Rock Bay to the south. Paynes Bay Beach Barbados is a sought-after paradise that can be busy during peak season but never overcrowded. We recommend visiting the beach earlier in the day to guarantee the best spot.
