Hotel style maid service is included daily. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Hibiscus, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beach side restaurants just a short distance away. Should you require a chef to cook for you, our concierge will be delighted to arrange this for you at an additional charge.

A wonderful week here at the Merlin Bay Hibiscus. Alice and Corrine thank you for taking such good care of us. Corrine you kept the place spotless and Alice you kept our bellies full. Alice your meals were not only delicious, your presentation rivaled any upscale restaurant. A special thanks for the lovely loaves of coconut bread, the cassava pone and the cou-cou and red snapper. Your fried fish was to die for - so crisp on the outside and moist and tasty on the inside. We will miss you both and the special attention you extended to our family.
Location, accommodation and the apartment were all we had dreamed of. Alice and Coreen were excellent and looked after our every need - nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!
