The ground level has spacious living room with seating for eight, large TV, and easy access to the outdoor dining and seating areas overlooking a crystal-clear plunge pool and well-kept garden. The fully equipped kitchen, gives you the option to prepare meals yourself or hire a chef for a more indulgent experience. One bedroom with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom across from this room also serves as a powder room.
The second level offers two king bedrooms, one with an ensuite featuring a freestanding tub and separate shower, the other with a bathroom located outside the room. Both bedrooms open to a shared balcony with views of the ocean—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Mullins TH 7 is just 30 seconds from Mullins Beach - great location. It's got a lovely comfortable sitting area with large TV. The terrace, garden & pool are great - no BBQ here. All the bedrooms have TV's except the 4th which is a loft style room with a triangle roof. Great roof deck. Wonderful to have the Fairmont membership. Good to know there's no dishwasher here also. Maria the housekeeper is lovely. Ideal for families & friends who like the proximity to the beach but the privacy of their own pool & garden area.
