This property boasts four wonderfully airconditioned bedrooms all featuring en-suite bathrooms. It also includes a large master bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette. From the master bedroom walk out onto the lovely terrace. The master bedroom and the adjoining guest bedroom offers guests incredible views of the pool and beach.
Enjoy a candlelit dinner in the spectacular dining room. Seating up to 10 of your guests, this is the perfect place to gather with your family and friends, spend quality time together, make special memories as well as enjoying some delicious food. Julie, Just a quick note to let you know just how pleased our little group was, with the lovely house in Barbados! What a beautiful and exquisitely appointed home - every space was unique and so elegant. We spent every early morning on the terrace with a pot of tea and listening to the birds and every evening having a rum something or other and listening to the tree frogs. The memories are ours for a lifetime and our daughter felt so special, she couldn't stop thanking us for the incredible week. We arranged tours with Sandy, the property manager (she was very accommodating and did a superb job). The tour of the St. Nicholas Abbey was so wonderful that when we arrived back at New Mansion, we called Sandy to arrange a delivery of 2 very special bottles of rum as mementos of the visit - and they were personally delivered by the Owner, Mrs. Warren! What an amazing place, Barbados! The staff, Sherry, Andrea and Rachel were top notch. We had many delicious meals so lovingly prepared by Sherry, always with a smile and a song. Andrea kept things humming along and was so easy to talk to. And Rachel moved silently through the house picking up and arranging our rooms. The transfer back to the airport at 4:30 was excellent and he was early so I didn't stress about missing a flight, although I would have rather stayed to be perfectly honest. If there is a way to thank the Owner, Mrs. Sleschinger (spelling?) for the lovely flowers for Erin, I would like to pass that thought on please. What a surprise and what a beautiful way to honor her. It was so appreciated. Again, thank you for your patience with me as my schedule this spring has been so hectic I didn't always get back to you promptly. We had an excellent vacation at New Mansion. The location is unbeatable. It's really spacious and was perfect for our family. We also loved Paynes Bay. Great for swimming and watersports and also loved the fact we could walk along the beach to several of the island's great restaurants. Yvonne and Rowena from Exceptional Villas were really professional and responsive. They are our go to vacation rental company for sure.

I really loved this villa, it ticks all the boxes..super location right on Paynes Bay, private villa with a lovely pool & garden and great staff to take care of guests. I particularly loved the views from the terrace off the Master bedroom. Just breathtaking. Great space to entertain, dine & relax outdoors also.
My second expert review on New Mansion! I re-visited with a colleague in Oct 2018 and we both loved it! Its a fantastic beach villa -Older style but meticulously kept. Suiting families, couples, groups of friends who love being right be the sea will LOVE New Mansion.

Good to know just ceiling fans in the living area - fantastic with all the doors open to get the cooling breeze. There's a little kitchenette in the Master bedroom for an early morning coffee! All bedrooms are upstairs. There's a treadmill for the energetic in the airconditioned media room. I'd highly recommend this villa.
New Mansion is the perfect beach villa for a family vacation. The location right on Paynes Bay Beach is just amazing and the ideal spot for swimming and water sports. The villa is spacious and has many beautiful seating areas to enjoy the views, particularly from the terrace off the Master Bedroom. The pool and terrace area is great for dining and relaxing. A villa you will want to return to year after year.
