Cocomaya is a beautiful 5 bedroom property located in the stunning Apes Hill Golf and Country club which is Barbados' newest polo, golf & tennis community.
The villa overlooks the 17th hole of the championship course and has spectaculars views of the ocean beyond. For the beach lovers there are many beaches just a short drive away such as Reeds bay beach and Gibbs beach and guests staying at Cocomaya enjoy privilaged beach access at the The Fairmont Royal Pavilion which includes parking, beach bar, sun loungers, towels etc..
This villa rental is designed with luxury in mind and this is shown with a very tastefully decorated interior. Fresh bright cream walls adorn the walls and the soft grey furnishings and modern lighting complement this. There is a great feeling of space which is created by the floor to ceiling sliding doors. These separate the living room area from the wonderful covered patio, sundeck and infinity edged swimming pool.
The covered terrace is wonderful for al fresco dining with your family. Many evenings will be spent eating amazing Caribbean cuisine freshly prepared for you by our chef. To compliment the setting and food is the spectacular sunsets every evening. Viewing this will certainly live long in the memory.
Cocomaya has 5 luxurious bedrooms that boast wonderful fairway or sea views. These are very elegant and all come with gorgeous luxury ensuite bathrooms & large walk-in dressing rooms. The sleeping arrangement is set up with 3 King beds and 2 twin/King bedrooms. You can also access the sundeck and swimming pool from some of the bedrooms.
Guests here will have access to the Amenities at Apes Hill Club which is a short drive from the villa. Included in this is the beach club, driving range, lap pool, resort pool, polo club, and restaurant, flood lit tennis courts and 24-hour security.
The brand new Country Club is indeed the talking point of the development as it is where like minded people meet daily to avail of all the amenities this beautiful facility boasts.
Included in the rate is your own Chef who will prepare and cook your meals in the beautiful fully equipped Miele kitchen, a lovely housekeeper, butler and security guard. Unavailable I was so impressed with Cocomaya - everything from the space to the stunning decor and panoramic views. Apes Hill is a little known gem - the new clubhouse is the last word in luxury & facilities & Cocomaya is easily one of the finest properties there. I LOVED the master suite- its very wow! it has a huge terrace, fabulous views & a lovely cooling breeze. Guests have access to the beach club at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion which is another bonus. I'd highly recommend to those who love contemporary luxury & enjoy great facilities onsite..here you have access to golf, polo, tennis, state of the art gym & The Club House is definitely worth another mention - its gorgeous with lots going on there - the cocktail parties have to be seen to be believed!
We were so impressed with Cocomaya - on a number of levels! The décor is so stylish & contemporary, the views are so stunning & every bedrooms is really beautiful with great personal spaces. Then there's the outdoor space which is really fabulous with those breath taking views. Also worth mentioning are the clubhouse facilities onsite - world class! Couldn't recommend Cocomaya more - Apes Hill is a revelation - so peaceful, green and lush. All this only 10 mins drive from the coast.
