Property Description
Godings Beach House is the newest addition to Ultra Luxury villas on the very sought after exclusive West Coast of Barbados. It is a stunning 5 bedroom beach front gated villa that brings contemporary vacation rentals in Barbados to a truly elite status. As well as boasting some of the best view of the ocean in Barbados, it also indulges guests with sun-drenched days, stunning sunsets and the absolute finest in amenities and furnishings.
The house is set in over 1.2 acres of beautiful gardens and lawns that roll down to the virtually private beach. The location is half way between Speightstown to the north and Holetown to the south in the parish of St Peter.
Godings house itself comprises of over 13,500 square foot of living and bedroom space. Supple white leather sofas, a local coral feature wall, Italian marble tables, striking wooden tables as well as unique and contemporary pieces of art adorn the living space. Huge double height floor to ceiling windows open to the terrace and gardens.
The living area flows seamlessly to the huge outdoor terrace and infinity pool giving an incredible sense of space as you enter the villa. The design is sleek and uncluttered providing a wonderful Zen like atmosphere that calms the mind and focuses the attention exactly where it should be, on the incredible view of the garden infinity pool and ocean.
A stunning double staircase with an incredible seashell chandelier brings you to the five bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom leads onto the terrace and has incredible views of the gardens, ocean and beach. Two of the bedrooms have four poster bedrooms and each of them has exceptionally high quality linens, rain showers and unique designer pieces of furniture from Ralph Lauren, Christian Liaigre and B&B Italia. The master bedroom has a huge round soaking bathtub that is located at the floor to ceiling widow with gorgeous views of the gardens and ocean.
The Boffi kitchen as with the rest of the house is super modern and contemporary. There are many dining options at Godings Beach House. For a casual meal, you can choose the beautiful kitchen table or barbeques under the starry nights. Lunch and dinner can be taken at the white stone Oak table or al fresco under one of the beautiful Gazebos.
Special features of Godings Beach House include a glass fronted office and library as well as a state of the art gymnasium with the latest technology possible and a super luxurious cinema room, perfect for keeping the family entertained.

All the family loved the villa. The décor is exquisite and its real indoor outdoor living which we wanted. There is some coral in the sea but we found wonderful swimming spots to either side. Godings House really is one of a kind in Barbados.. It is not usual to see such a modern and designed villa, the materials and decor are just amazing, with many art pieces. All the beautiful bedrooms offer beautiful ocean views as they are located on the first floor. The long infinity pool fits so well in the clean and perfect garden.. I absolutely loved this villa!
