Welcome to Hummingbird, an exquisitely appointed luxury townhouse in Barbados, offering four bedrooms just a one-minute stroll from the pristine Mullins Bay Beach. Nestled within a tranquil, gated community, this villa provides an oasis of privacy and serenity.
Hummingbird spans three floors and boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with access to a stunning free-form swimming pool shared with only seven other townhouses. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, it's an idyllic retreat to soak in the friendly and laid-back ambiance of Barbados.
The entry level features a spacious living room that opens onto a patio with casual seating and dining areas, overlooking private courtyard gardens. This floor also includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom.
On the first floor, you'll find two elegant bedroom suites, each opening onto a balcony with views of the garden and the shared lagoon-style pool. The master suite occupies the entire second floor, offering a luxurious bathroom with a separate tub and shower, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony.
Mullins Bay Beach, a mere minute's walk away, is a breathtaking paradise. Enjoy swimming in the warm, calm azure waters, sunbathing on the pristine sands, or lounging in the shade of a palm tree. Just so that you feel totally pampered, Humming Bird comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you 5 days per week. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Mullins View, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.

We're very happy to recommend Hummingbird to our guests who love being within a short stroll of the beach but with the peace of mind of a gated development. I loved the terrace, outdoor space at Hummingbird, it's great for alfresco dining with the bbq and it has direct access onto the pool area through a gate. Guests can book Hummingbird as a 3 or 4bed villa. I loved the master bedroom on the top floor with a great balcony. It's good to know that guests have beach access on Mullins Beach which is literally a 3 minute walk away. We enjoyed visiting Mullins beach bar & also Sea Shed which is also just up the beach -great for a beach lunch or sundowner! For those who love taking long walks you can stroll from Mullins beach all the way down onto Gibbs beach when the tide is low. Very happy to recommend to our guests.
