Mullinover boasts a spacious and open villa featuring three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room, and a full bathroom accessible from the poolside. The social areas of the villa are thoughtfully arranged in a large open space, benefiting from high ceilings and abundant natural light during the day, thanks to large windows that overlook the patio, along with smaller ones set between the walls and the ceiling. The decor, inspired by natural colors and mahogany furnishings, combined with soft lighting, creates a cozy and inviting ambiance, providing perfect options for quality time together.
The open dining area exudes a charming Bajan flair, featuring an eight-seater mahogany dining table for enjoying indoor meals any time of the day or night. Adjacent to the dining area, you'll find the living space, complete with a lavish sectional sofa comfortably accommodating six guests. Several tables, including a central coffee table, provide ample space for drinks and relaxation on cooler evenings. This room seamlessly leads out to the wrap-around patio, pool, and pool deck, creating a harmonious flow throughout the house.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans in all areas, including the kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen offers a wide range of amenities, including a large two-door fridge/freezer with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, panini press, and much more. When it's time to unwind and get a restful night's sleep, the villa offers three lovely bedrooms to choose from. Two master bedrooms open up to the pool area, while the third bedroom is conveniently located closer to the entrance of this stunning home. The master bathrooms feature double vanities and separate shower and tub, while the third bathroom offers a single vanity and shower.
The large pool with its attached jacuzzi, along with the terrace, offers the perfect setting for soaking up the sun and getting that Caribbean tan while savoring freshly made rum punches. The pool area provides plenty of space for sun loungers and shaded spots to relax outdoors while staying cool. A delightful gazebo, complete with an alfresco dining area and barbecue set, sets the scene for casual evenings under the stars.
Being just steps away from the beach, the villa offers full beach access to Mullins Beach Club across the road. The club, owned and operated by Royal Westmoreland, grants you access to beach loungers, umbrellas, and the popular bar and restaurant. Please note that the club is cashless and accepts only credit cards.
During your stay at Mullinover, housekeeping services are provided three days a week in the summer and five days a week in the winter season. The housekeeping team ensures your linens and towels are refreshed and can even offer personal laundry services if needed.
To maintain a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, the villa is designated as a NON-SMOKING space throughout.
