Old Trees Casuarinas is a lovely three-bedroom Barbados Vacation Rental located on one of the best beaches on the island of Barbados. This three-bedroom beachfront Barbados Villa has its location on the third floor and comprises of 3780 square feet. It has exclusive access together with the other 11 properties at Old Trees to a gorgeous free form swimming pool and private garden.
Old Trees is one of the most exclusive residential developments in Barbados. Its neighbors include one of the islands most popular and best villas called New Mansion on one side and the equally exclusive Smugglers Cove development on the other. The location of Old Trees Casuarinas is hard to beat as it is on the quietest areas on Paynes Bay Beach. Paynes Bay is a perfect crescent-shaped tropical paradise beach lined with mature trees to provide some natural shade. The sands are soft and white, and the water is almost aquamarine in color and calm and clear.
With three beautiful en-suite bedrooms, Old Trees Casuarinas is a perfect choice for three couples or a family wishing to vacation on one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The Master bedroom is particularly lovely. It is very spacious and leads onto its private balcony. The views from the bedroom and balcony are breathtaking. The oversized marble bathroom is exquisite. It has a large semi-circular walk-in shower and a separate standalone bath. The second and third bedrooms are equal in size and have the flexibility of being used as either a King Bed or a Twin room.
The main living and dining areas are open plan and very spacious. The beautiful room has cream Italian marble floors and light-coloured walls. Turquoise blue soft furnishings and vibrantly coloured accents offset the chic neutral colors. The blue of the soft furnishings and the blue of the turquoise sea beyond create a lovely symmetry and balance. The living area is fully air-conditioned; however, most guests love to leave the windows and doors open and enjoy the cooling trade winds, which flow continually through their home. The fully equipped and modern kitchen has its location directly off the living room.
The living and dining rooms open directly onto the lovely terrace, which has another dining area and plunge pool. The private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset cocktail, glass of champagne, cooling dip or lovely dinner with friends, family and loved ones. The views from the terrace and pool area are hard to beat.
Old Trees development is one of the only beachfront residences in Barbados that have a free form swimming pool with waterfalls and bridges. Most clients love to swim in the sea, but the swimming pool is also an attractive option, especially for small children. Steps from the pool bring you through a private gate to the beach and ocean. Guests of Old Trees enjoy a reserved area on one of the quietest parts of Paynes Bay Beach. Reserved sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged each morning to guests wishes.

Bedroom 1 Master: King bed (may also be set up as a twin room with two singles), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with oversized shower and standalone bath. The Master bedroom is located on the ocean side and leads directly onto a private balcony. It has stunning views of the pool, garden, beach and ocean.
Bedroom 2: King bed (may also be set up as a twin room with two singles), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with standalone shower and separate bath. Bedroom 2 has it’s own private balcony.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Twin Room), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower combination.
STAFF
You will be warmly welcomed at Old Trees 201 Casuarinas by Maureen, our Housekeeper. Old Trees Casuarinas has an excellent Cook as well, and she will be available to cook three meals per day. Both the Housekeeper and the Cook work six days per week.

Old Trees Casuarinas has its location directly on Payne’s Bay Beach which is widely considered the best on the island of Barbados. The beach is a perfect crescent shape with soft white sands and calm turquoise waters. There are lots of watersports options available on the beach. Old Trees has the advantage of having its own reserved area on the beach with its location at the quietest end. There are several excellent restaurants walking distance from the Old Trees Development including Daphne’s and The Tapestry Restaurant at Treasure Beach Hotel. Directly across the road from Old Trees is the very popular Vic’s Bar. The famous and very luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel is a short walk along the beach in low tide. The lovely town of Holetown which is full of great restaurants, bars and shops, is a short drive from Old Trees. Driving distances are as follows:

Unavailable Dear Yvonne, We had a super holiday, thank you, and all the family enjoyed it. The apartment worked really well, and the housekeeping service was excellent. It was wonderful to have the laundry attended to for us. Pool maintenance and the beach staff were great – efficient and friendly. I think the only problem is food shopping- I would want to start with a larger order next time, especially arriving on a Saturday, as Sunday opening is restricted, and one is rather tired! We also had an enjoyable time at Coral reef before coming home – so altogether a very good holiday !. Many thanks for the arrangements.
