Unavailable Portico 3 is a newly built condo, very modern and safe, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean sea. The condo is very spacious and offers very comfortable bedrooms. There is a private common pool on the beach level and access to the beach. It is great for a group of friends that is looking to explore the island!
