The kitchen like the rest of the residence is super modern, with a sub-zero fridge, icemaker, breakfast bar and every imaginable utensil for cooking. There are three fully air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms at Portico 1. The master bedroom which has a King bed is particularly beautiful and it is located at the front with floor to ceiling glass windows so that you can wake up to the most incredible view of the sea. The master bedroom also has a huge spa like bathroom which is very special and luxurious. The second and third bedrooms may each be made up with two single beds or 2 king beds giving great flexibility to Portico 1. The bedrooms all have walk in closets as well as ceiling fans.
This luxury Barbados villa offers high tech communal amenities such as a fully equipped air-conditioned gymnasium, sauna, heated swimming pool and outdoor showers.
Guests staying at Portico 1 can swim directly in front when the tide is low or in high tide it is just one minute walk to the right to the beautiful beach at The Waves hotel. Sun loungers can be hired on the beach here too. The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and spa. Portico 1 also has the advantage of being very close to some of the best restaurants on the island of Barbados including Cin Cin which is just a two minute walk and The Cliff Restaurant. You will also not have to go too far for groceries as Jordan’s Supermarket is also very close by.

STAFF
The team at Portico are wonderful. They comprise of Sophia our Housekeeper and Anna our Cook. The both work at Portico 1 six days per week. In addition there is a Villa manager on call for special any requests and online concierge as well as a 24 hour security guard. We are also happy to provide a full and complimentary pre arrival concierge service at Villas Barbados to ensure you have the perfect vacation. Villa pre stocking can also be arranged at an extra cost.
