Property Description
Welcome to Royal Villa #19, a lovely 3 bedroom villa set on 2 levels and located on the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Club. Guests staying here have a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea while overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain which is home to local birds. This is a very well designed villa and has a homely feel to it. It can be comfortably rented as a two or three-bedroom and has a communal swimming pool and golf access payable locally.
This luxury villa rental is bright and has a refreshing breeze blowing through it when the doors and windows are open. The queen bedroom is located off the main entrance while the master and the twin bedrooms are located on the lower level and offer ocean and pond views from each of the lower rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The upper area of the property has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, ice and water dispenser. This area has a full complement of household items such as glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and bakeware allows for those home-cooked meals or we can arrange for a cook to come while you relax on the sun deck sipping a cool cocktail.
The large living area has very comfortable sofas and two large armchairs around a flat-screen cable TV for your viewing pleasure. The six-seater dining table is elegant enough for a sit-down dinner while the breakfast bar is ideal for the little ones to have a quick meal or a snack. The balcony also has a four-seater dining table for al fresco dining and there is double seater sitting area undercover.
The master and the twin bedrooms both lead out to the sun deck, complete with loungers and a shower for cooling off while sunbathing. The communal pool is located a short distance away. All pool and beach towels are provided at the villa during your stay.
There is a housekeeping service 6 days a week and should you require the services of a laundress or a cook we can arrange this for you.
This is a clean, comfortable villa that has ocean views and resort amenities and offers great value for your holiday home in Barbados. Its close proximity to Holetown where you will find the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre along with great restaurants, bars, cafes, duty-free shopping, banks and supermarket are located makes this an ideal location for your Barbados holiday.

Royal Westmoreland resort will be introducing a daily resort fee applicable to all villa renters from 1st May 2020 which has been set at US$10.00 per person per day.
Guests will have access to the resort and the beach facility such as the gym, communal swimming pool, restaurants etc. This is payable at the resort registration desk on collection of your Resort Card. Please note that this fee applies to all rental bookings already made after 1st May 2020.
