Sanzaru is an 11-bedroom 21,000 square foot mansion sleeping up to 22 people located within the very prestigious Sandy Lane Estate on the West Coast of Barbados. Sanzaru is not only one of the islands most luxurious villas, but it also has the advantage of having exclusive access to the owner's beach at the Sandy Lane Hotel. The beach is only accessible to residents of the hotel, Sandy Lane Estate owners and a few of the luxury villas located close by.
Once you arrive at Sanzaru, you will have little need to leave. It has all the services, space and amenities of an extremely luxurious boutique hotel. A full team of professionals are on hand to look after your every need. There is a spa area, fitness and yoga studio, a professional style home cinema, living and dining room, sunbathing areas, a fire pit, a beautiful lanai and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool. All of life's pleasures are at your doorstep. The facilities and the scale of Sanzaru make it a perfect choice for a unique destination wedding, anniversary party, birthday celebration or multi-generational get together. Befitting one of the world's most luxurious villas, Sanzaru is both captivating and meticulously cared for. The focal point of the house is the enormous covered terrace or Lanai. The Lanai, which is entirely open on one side, has three unique interconnected areas. The living area is vast and perfect for gathering for a pre-dinner cocktail. The kitchen is open plan, and there is a casual dining area. The décor is exquisite with stately columns, ornate chandeliers and floor to ceiling drapes. The result is a combination of extreme luxury and a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. For more formal dinners and lunches, there is an exquisitely decorated indoor dining area which can seat up to 22 people.
The Lanai flows directly to the tropical gardens and pool area. The pool is a heated crystal saltwater pool with an infinity edge. On one side is a shallow sunbathing beach area where you can enjoy the tropical Barbados sun while dipping your toes in the cooling waters at the same time. Surrounding the pool are supremely comfortably sunbeds and sunshades. They are perfect for the ultimate in relaxation, reading books or just enjoying the beautiful view. Beautiful lighting creates a romantic celestial atmosphere in the evening time.
The expansive tropical gardens are mature and full of sweet-smelling flowers and trees. There is a beautiful deck with an open flame fire pit. Children and young adult guests love to roast marshmallows and hot dogs under the stars and the tropical sounds of the tree frogs.
In keeping with one of the worlds best villas, spa treatments and massages are arranged and tailored to guests' specific needs. Some of the treatments available to guests include Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Sports/Deep Tissue Massage, Guinot Facials and manicure and pedicures.
Sanzaru Villa Barbados is especially great for families and children. Younger guests feel incredibly welcome. Babysitting services are available to guests should they wish to have some adult time. Cribs and toys are also available on request.

Each of the Sanzaru's 11 en-suite bedrooms is incredibly luxurious. They are spread over two buildings. Nine of the bedrooms have their location in the main house and two of the bedrooms have their location in the garden guest house. There are two master bedrooms. The first master has its location on the first floor of the house. It is enormous with his and hers walk-in closets and an oversized marble bathroom. This master leads directly onto a private furnished terrace and has breathtaking views. The second master has its location on the ground floor. It is equally expansive with a sitting area and a second children's twin bedroom. This bedroom is perfect for a couple who have small children. It leads directly onto the terrace and pool area.
A short 10 minutes' walk or 2-minute drive brings you to the Sandy Lane Hotel and beach. Guests have access to the owner's area on Sandy Lane Beach. The beach is truly the most exquisite in Barbados and is considered to be one of the world's best beaches. It is a perfect crescent shape lined with mature trees to provide natural shade. The sand is soft and white, and the water is almost always very calm and turquoise in color. If you fancy being active, there are plenty of watersports available to guests on the beach. It is also possible to take a long stroll in low tide to Paynes Bay Beach where you can swim with turtles at certain times of the day.

Every detail has been thought about at Sanzaru! It's utterly stunning and guests will love the modern contemporary feel to the house & of course the breathtaking seaviews. There's so much space for relaxing & entertaining. The gym & cinema room are fantastic facilities too. The staff are superb and the whole villa is run like a small boutique hotel. A wonderful location for extended families or groups of friends who love the privacy of their own villa with all the 5* amenities.. Sandy Lane beach is also just stunning.
This is one of the most incredible villas I have ever inspected! All 11 bedrooms are equally luxurious and elegant. The outdoor areas are great for entertaining or relaxing after a day at Sandy Lane Beach. The villa has a sense of grandeur and you will never want to leave!
