This villa is located in the most perfect spot, overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters. It is surrounded by gorgeous tropical vegetation and well-maintained gardens. The villa itself includes two spacious floors. The main living areas are located on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and outdoor terrace area making it a bright an airy space. Enter the villa through the grand entrance, with large pillars lining each side of the main door. Step through the front door and be welcomed into the living area. Large chandeliers, like fine glasswork, are the focal point of this space, giving a very luxurious style to the property. The room features pristine sofas decorated with plush blue pillows that blend into the view of the Caribbean sea ahead. The indoor and outdoor living areas flow into one another making a large bright and spacious place to gather with your family and friends. The outdoor living space includes another dining area seating another 12 guests and also includes a ready to use cocktail bar. The indoor dining area seat s10 guest and is adjacent to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is sleek and white and also has a black countertop and a built-in stove. This area of the house also overlooks the beautiful sea.
The style and design of the house are elegant and luxurious and is wonderfully furnished with a grand piano, a media room, a reception area and a fitness room. The media room includes a high-resolution television and cosy sofas. The fitness room boats incredible views of the gardens and the ocean, making for an ideal spot for a morning yoga class.
An elegant spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find three master suites. Five bedrooms in the houseboats spectacular views of the ocean and gardens surrounding the house. The extravagant bedrooms on the upper level all have their own private terrace and walk-in wardrobes. There is also an additional bedroom about the garage.

Saint James is famous for its luxury resorts that are dotted along the Seas coastline. We can't say enough about Seaclusion, just thank you to the Exceptional Villa staff for recommending it to us. What an amazing vacation, the staff here were sublime, nothing was a chore, smiles all round. The food was second to none, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The gardens are kept immaculately and the beach boasts powdered sands and clear turquoise waters. We were sad to leave after 10 nights but we will be back.
