As the only apartment in Summerland to feature its own expansive private pool, Summerland 102 boasts stylish, air-conditioned interiors (including the living room) with elegant marble flooring throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, an American fridge/freezer, and luxurious granite countertops. Satellite TV and a HiFi system are also included for your entertainment.
Step outside through the living room onto a vast 38-foot-wide covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. The terrace is complete with a wet bar, adding to the outdoor living experience. There is also an additional large open terrace that leads directly to the sparkling private pool.
The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, offering a king-size bed and direct access to the covered terrace. Its en suite bathroom features elegant marble tiles, a spacious walk-in shower, and marble vanity tops. The second bedroom, furnished with two twin beds that can be converted into a king, also opens onto the terrace by the pool. A third bedroom, equally spacious, offers a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower and marble vanity.
Summerland 102 occupies the ground floor of one of the two buildings within Summerland, offering partial sea views. Its unique private gate provides direct access from the pool deck to the communal pool and jacuzzi, allowing guests to enjoy even more luxurious amenities. The villa is also just steps from a private pathway that leads directly to the pristine beach, exclusively for Summerland residents and guests.
Whether rented as a two or three-bedroom villa, Summerland 102 includes a dedicated housekeeper six mornings a week to ensure your stay is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
