Property Description
Welcome to Old Trees Penthouse in Barbados. This Penthouse which comprises of over 6200 sq feet of living space has been completely remodelled this year and joins the ranks of being one of Barbados’ finest luxury beachfront vacation rentals. This four bedroom villa which has a private rooftop pool is one of the most exquisite and luxurious in Barbados. Old Trees Penthouse also has the blessings of being on Payne’s Bay which is one of the best locations on the island. The beach at Payne’s Bay is pristine with crystal clear turquoise waters. It is also very centrally located on the most sought after West Coast of Barbados. Guests can walk in one direction to Sandy Lane and in the other to Daphne’s Restaurant. The lovely and very popular town of Holetown is also just a couple of minutes by car from Old Trees.
As you exit the elevator, you enter the main living area of The Old Trees Penthouse. It is a wonderful open and airy space that beckons you to sit and gaze at the incredible views ahead. The living area opens directly onto the terrace which is probably the most beautiful terrace in Barbados. It has a lovely pool, supremely comfortable sun loungers and a sitting area. The open plan dining area is also the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family. The indoor area opens seamlessly onto the terrace giving an incredible sense of space and luxury. The décor throughout is beautifully chic yet also wonderfully relaxed.
One of the wonderful features of The Old Trees Penthouse is the fact that there are two equally beautiful master bedrooms located at the front of the villa overlooking the ocean. It therefore makes a great choice for two couples or two small families. The master rooms have the most incredible views of the sea and beach. There is literally no better place to wake up in Barbados then here. The third and fourth bedroom both have twin beds which can be made up as kings if required. Each of the four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have en-suite bathroom.
There is a very modern and fully equipped kitchen with adjacent staff quarters. Other amenities include a billiards table, flat screen Television with Apple TV, Sonos surround sound system, DVD player and Wifi throughout.
Old Trees Penthouse is part of a small group of other lovely properties. There is a beautiful free form communal pool in the tropical gardens. The pool is literally steps to the sea. When you stay at Old Trees, our wonderfully Beach Butler will also have sun beds laid out each morning for you on the stretch of beach just in front of the property.
STAFF: The team at Old Trees Penthouse include a housekeeper and Chef who will be on hand to pamper you during your stay for 6 days each week. In addition there is a beach butler who will ensure that your beach beds are prepared and ready for you whenever you want to relax or go for a swim.

The Old Trees Penthouse is breathtaking. It has the best location on the fourth floor of the luxury boutique Old Trees development. The views are eyewatering from the living room, terrace and two master bedrooms. I love the fact that it has two identical Master bedrooms making it a perfect choice for 2 families travelling together. The Old Trees Penthouse is difficult to beat for discerning travellers looking for both luxury and location.
